Brooke Bagley, Esq.
Brooke Bagley’s concentration is civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury claims of individuals injured in car accidents, slip and fall accidents, and construction accidents. Ms. Bagley further dedicates much of her practice to representing injured workers in claims filed in the New Jersey Workers Compensation Court. In addition, Ms. Bagley handles appeals of denied Accidental and Ordinary Disability Pension applications to the Office of Administrative Law and New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
Further, Ms. Bagley has experience with Municipal Court matters, Criminal matters, and Civil Rights defense matters with regular appearances in both State and Federal Court, as well as Landlord Tenant matters, Breach of Contract lawsuits, New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act cases, and the preparation of Wills, Living Wills, and Durable Powers of Attorney.
Prior to joining this law firm, Ms. Bagley served as law clerk to the Honorable Harry G. Carroll, P.J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Criminal Part, who now sits in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
Brooke Bagley earned a J.D. at Seton Hall University School of Law, Newark, New Jersey, in 2007. She completed her undergraduate studies at Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana, in 2002. Ms. Bagley is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and United States District Court, District of New Jersey. Ms. Bagley is a Member of the Passaic County Bar Association.
